Our Commitment to You

Academic City University Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, registered in New York. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Unrestricted gifts directly support Academic City University’s key programs and initiatives, as well as the operating expenses of the U.S. Foundation. To ensure the sustainability of our mission and fundraising efforts, 5% of all restricted gifts are allocated to support administrative and fundraising activities.

While donors are welcome to express a preference for how their contributions are used, the Foundation retains full discretion and control over the use of all funds to ensure compliance with IRS guidelines. This helps us maintain our tax-exempt status and maximize the impact of every gift.
